Fabrics

We are very conscious about the raw material of product. We provide our maximum concentration to select the suppliers. We work with most reliable, committed and quality raw material suppliers in Bangladesh as well as in abroad.

Bangladesh has good capacity and experience to produce different composition and construction yarn as well as fabrics. We are using world famous brand new machinery which are imported from USA, Europe, Taiwan and Japan. Modern upgraded machines ensure the quality of products and standard.

Knit Fabrics:

Composition: Combed Cotton, Carded Cotton, Combed Cotton Compacted, Organic Cotton, Viscose, Viscose Cotton, Model, Cotton Model, Rayon, Rayon Cotton, Polyester, CVC, PC, cotton Slub yarn with Elasten / Lycra or without Elasten / Lycra.

Construction : Single Jersey, different construction Rib, Interlock, Pique, Laquest, Drop needle, Heavy Jersey, Terry Fleece, Sweat Fleece, Micro Fleece, Polar Fleece, Waffle, Jaquard Knit, Yarn dyed Feeder and engineering stripe with elasten or without elasten/lycra. Single yam or double twisted yarn knitted fabrics also possible from our side.

Dyeing:

We are using reactive dyeing stuff, It’s prohibited using any harmful chemical for human body. Also we do pigment dyeing, dying, Tie dye. Allover printing.

Finishing:

Enzyme wash, Silicon wash, Normal wash, fade wash, acid wash, stone wash, different kind of washing as well as heavy and light peach finishing, suiting, brushing are applied with ensuring quality.

Sweater

Please note that locally many kind of yam are available even that if necessary we import yarn from abroad. We use the best quality of yarn to ensure the quality standard as demanded.

Composition: Acrylic, Kashmir Like Cotton, Cotton, Cotton Nylon, cotton Viscose, cotton rayon, acrylic cotton, acrylic nylon, rayon, rayon cotton, polyester, cvc, pc, slub, wool and Marino.

Construction: 1.5 gg, 3 gg, 5 gg, 7 gg, 10 gg and 12 gg. All kind of stripe, panel are possible. Also we can produce Jacquard and Intarsia in 12 gg.

Products:

We are producing all times for apparels gaments for all Summer, Winter, Autum as well as Spring for Menwear, Womenwear, childrenwear, infantwear.
Knit:

T-shirt, Polo Shirt, Tank Top, Singlet, Cami Vest, Granded T-shirts, Knitwear, Sleeping suit, Legging, Pyjama, Shorts, Bermuda, Jacket fancy and stylish.

Woven:

Trousers, Bermuda, Shorts, overall, working dress, Chef trouser and jacket. Jacket with padding, without padding, Shirt, Skirt, Ladies Top in basic and fancy style and workmanship.

Sweater:

Pullover, Cardigan, Top, Sweater in basic and fancy styles.
